lunaSince December 2005, GLMR has taken in numerous mastiffs who required major medical care. Great Lakes Mastiff Rescue, Inc. has spent in excess of $11,000 on major othopedic surgeries, emergency medical care and treated heartworm positive Mastiffs as well.

Luna is a sweet 5-month old Mastiff puppy who came into our rescue with a severely broken leg. Her prior owners would not tell us how she broke it, nor would they take her to the veterinarian for an X-ray. Unfortunately, Luna now needs major surgery to repair her hip so she will be able to run and play like other puppies, and we desperately need donations to pay for her surgery.
